Cover History

1. Early Magazine Covers
the early magazine covers focused on information they sometime had the table of context on the cover they based there covers on book covers only having the name and publication data.

2. The Poster Cover
many of the covers were illustrations they looked bigger as if they were ment to hang on the wall as a painting,also they just had the pictur and the cover they did not have any extra text.

3. Pictures Married to Type
these type of covered were ment to leave a lasting impression the pictures overlapped the cover name and there was a model in a full body pose,along with somekind of text.

4. In the Forest of Words
these type of covers ussually has celebrtys in it the words on the cover sometimes are bigger than the tittle name and there is alot of text around and in the picture
